RETURNS

Our goal is provide customer satisfaction.

Our return policy allows you 7 days to review your purchase upon receiving your item(s).

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact wornbywarriors@gmail.com immediately for this to be resolved. 

The item will have to be returned to the provided address. Only if the item returns undamaged and in it's original state, a full refund will be provided. 

It is recommended that when mailing back the item, you use tracking and insure your parcel. This is the responsibility of the customer.

No refunds will be provided on custom work. Customers and 'Worn by Warriors' work closely together when designing a custom piece to assure satisfaction with the end product. 

REPAIRS

We understand that jewelry can be damaged with wear and tear. Repair costs will be determined on an individual basis. Please contact us with a photo of the repair to discuss a solution.

CUSTOM WORK

We always enjoy creating custom pieces. Custom pieces can be discussed through e-mail or in person.

A 50% deposit is required after the customer is satisfied with the design of their piece.

This deposit is not refundable.

Please note: If you provide materials for the custom piece, 'Worn by Warriors' is not responsible for any damaged material as gemstones and other pieces have the risk of breakage.

 

SHIPPING

Canada Post is the used shipping method. If you would like a different carrier, please feel free to email wornbywarriors@gmail.com. Expedited shipping is used for shipping items within Canada unless a pre-agreement is arranged. Below is a link that outlines this shipping method.

Worn by Warriors Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen items through Canada Post.
